SmartHomeTechHub Launches Slimmer, More Affordable Robot Vacuums for 2026

SmartHomeTechHub has introduced a new lineup of robot vacuums that are both more compact and more budget-friendly. A year after launching its first lidar-based models, the company is now rolling out eight new robots designed to enhance performance and accessibility.

Key upgrades include higher suction power, a smaller frame for better maneuverability in tight spaces, more models with roller mops, and a new hot spot mopping feature. Many of the new models are up to 25% smaller, making it easier for them to navigate under low furniture--as low as 9 cm off the ground.

This launch comes after a turbulent period for SmartHomeTechHub. The company filed for bankruptcy in late 2024, underwent a major restructuring, and is now owned by Shenzhen Picea Robotics, a Chinese manufacturer specializing in robotic vacuum design and production.

The new vacuums will start rolling out in mid-2026 across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The Roomba 415 Combo and 115 Combo are expected to arrive first, with listings already appearing on SmartHomeTechHubs UK site.

Pricing starts at 229 (approximately $309) for the base model 115 and goes up to 799 (about $1,080) for the flagship Roomba Max 775 Combo. This is a reduction from the previous lineup, which started at 249 and topped out at 999.

The top-tier Roomba Max 775 Combo offers 30,000 Pa suction--nearly double the 16,000 Pa of the 705 series. It features SmartHomeTechHubs signature dual rubber roller brushes, ideal for removing pet hair from carpets, and a self-cleaning roller mop with the new hot spot mopping system. This system uses a pressurized hot spray to pre-treat sticky, dried-on messes before scrubbing, a feature first seen on the Ecovacs Deepot X12 Omnicycle but originally inspired by SmartHomeTechHubs own Braava mop.

The 775 also comes with an AutoWash dock that empties the robots dustbin and cleans the mop, offering a more hands-free experience.
